532 - another turkey day

Day 532 was holiday Monday in celebration of Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving everyone, may your year be blessed.

It had a nice lazy start for us all. It was slow to start with a nice cozy fire. Eventually Sheldon headed out and rolled out the partial bale for the horses and changed all 3 smashed vents of trailers. Shaina got up late and rushed to work for 11:30.

After lunch Sheldon swapped 2 tires on Kaylin's old car as well as all 4 on the truck while Britt and I went to work on her room. It was time to find what goes on the walls and what goes. It was crazy that this was the first nails to be hammered in other than one sign upstairs. We did call Sheldon in to assist in hanging the wooden shelf Papa made but that turned into the first HUGE hole in the wall requiring the largest wall insert known to fill!! Like they say the first one is the hardest but in the end it looked good. She still has lots to go but it was a great start.

At around 3:30 Kaylin came out bringing treasures to store in the house and storage trailer for their impending move at the end of the month. She was kind enough to give me a manicure and pedicure, Thanks sweets <3 <3 Britt continued to sort thru her room. Shaina was home from work just before 6 so the entire family was around the supper table eating left over turkey!! It was so nice, it has been quite awhile since just the 5 of us.

 she also bought Coco her Halloween costume.. can you guess mermaid??

After supper the girls watched PVR revolution then had me take photos of their cowboy hats and post on facebook equine tack garage sale site.Kaylin and Shaina headed to town at 8:30, Shaina staying for a sleepover counting down the nights she can stay with her big sister. later Britt, Sheldon and I watched the new revolution and then read before bed. Sheldon is reading book one, city of bones.
