537 - infared sauna

Day 537 found us starting the day with relaxation. There was a time in the night where coyotes were int he yard and after taking a few time to wake up Sheldon he was too disoriented to take his gun the first time he went out but he did succeed in scaring them off. He has a plan to be more organized in the future.

Before going to town, Sheldon put my garden decorations in the storage trailer and loaded bottles and garbage in the truck then we enjoyed a bowl of hot turkey soup. On the way to town we stopped quick at the dump then he dropped me at Studio 86 to try my free infrared sauna treatment. He proceeded to pick up Britt from Kaylin's (she got her form Brooke's in the am and all the sisters went to Booster Juice grand opening) and dropped her at bottle depot while he went to UFA to get Diego and the cats a heated mat for their dog/cat house.

Kaylin was int he sauna just before me and it was her lucky day scoring one of the grand prizes.. free tanning for a year!

Once I was finished it was his turn to have a free session. Britt and I went to Lammle's to try on boots and grab a 2 for 1 Booster Juice too. Today was gorgeous to hitting 20 degrees.

After I picked up Sheldon from his sauna and his trimfit "shaker" machine trial we headed to the ranch to shower off the toxins expelled and flush with fluids! I updated the blog while Sheldon hammered in a few more tree markers then went back to rest on the couch for him! The sauna gave him total relaxation and low blood pressure HAHA

Mr. Jenkins loves his horses to and if they're drinking he heads out to join them.

We enjoyed supper late cleaning up just as Shaina came home. She worked today 12-5:30 at the station. She too is coming down with a cold it seems.Sheldon donned his jacket and rifle and went on a coyote reconosince mission for a short jaunt before resting again and watching more PVR then going to pick Britt up from work at 10pm.
